To provide you with the best sashimi and sushi, we have fresh fish flown weekly from Tsukiji, Japan (the world's largest fish market), California, Nova Scotia, and the B.C. Their unique design allows for very high temperatures while keeping meats, seafood and vegetables juicy and tender. The Mikado team is proud to include certified Japanese Sushi Chefs in our kitchen staff. Mikado features large Sushi Bars and Private Tatami Rooms to enhance your dining pleasure.
