We’re so excited and proud to announce Chantal as Pip’s new Sous Chef! 👩🏻🍳
Chantal has been at Pip for just shy of four years and has been cooking professionally for six and a half years. She likes to cook for the connection that comes with it—to people, to nature, and to life. Chantal chose cooking as a career on a whim, only later realizing that her upbringing of family get-togethers, quality time in kitchens, and summers spent outdoors definitely led her down this path. In her free time, Chantal enjoys cooking and baking at home, playing guitar, exercising, reading, and spending time outdoors.
To Chantal, becoming Sous Chef is simply the next step in learning. A self-proclaimed beginner in a lot of ways, she hopes this position will help her be better equipped to support her fellow cooks. It’s a mindset that’s been shaped during her time at Pip, where she’s found endless opportunities to be creative and learn alongside an incredible team. 🍍
