We are looking for an Entrepreneur/Chef to find our beautiful Restaurant in Elbow next to Lake Defenbaker. The Restaurant is equipped with everything a chef could want and has a myriad of people throughout the year.....Tourists, Towns-folk, birthdays weddings, company meetings. Our beautiful Boathouse Restaurant is now for sale. The decision has been difficult, however it is ready for someone to buy and love. The Community has thousands of visitors from April to the end of September. Then you have the celebrations meetings, family get-togethers, and so on. You have an ginormous Lake Diefenbaker, fishing till you can't count anymore....40 different varieties. The Fish Farm provides the most amazing Steelhead, ready to cook. They are exemplar in their handling & packaging. We did a 160 km menu, using local produce, fish, meat. Easy access. Contact me (Marjorie) for more information and interest. [email protected]
