Couple nice days in a row and we’ve decided it’s basically summer here in Elmira so we might as well get a jump on launching our seasonal summer drink menu! Here’s what we’ve got in store this season:

💚 Banana Cream Pie Latte - House-made banana syrup, double espresso, your choice of milk, topped with vanilla graham cracker cold foam, and graham crumble.

💚 Lil’ Sweetie Shaken Espresso - Brown sugar, vanilla syrup, double espresso, and cinnamon, shaken and lightly topped with your choice of milk.

💚 Maple Sea Salt Coconut Cold Brew - Coconut and maple syrup, cold brew, sea salt and cream.

💚 Just Peachy Tea Lemonade - Cold brewed apricot peach black tea and house-made lemonade.

💚 Blue Magic Latte - House-made lavender vanilla syrup, earl grey cream tea, butterfly pea flower, and your choice of milk.

💚 Strawberry Patch Hojicha - House-made sweet strawberry puree, roasted hojicha powder, and your choice of milk.

💚 Jade Coast Matcha - Summer harvest matcha, house-made pineapple passionfruit syrup, and coconut water.

💚 Patio Princess - House-made sweet strawberry puree, fever tree tonic, cold brewed hibiscus iced tea, lemon juice, and muddled strawberry mint.

We’re into May now which means new donut flavours from our friends

Reminder: there is a limit of 4 donuts per customer on the day of without pre-order, so please pre-order if you would like more. We have to be quite strict as we only get a set limited amount in store and want it to be as fair as possible for everyone.

Happy Maple Syrup Festival weekend, all! As we head into it, please note our hours are a little altered this weekend. Saturday will be a longer, crazy, chaotic day as we prepare to see and serve an astronomical amount of you compared to our regular Saturdays, and that being said, we will be taking Sunday off to rest and recover.

A couple things extra to note:

We will not have washrooms available for public use of any kind, same as last year. There are public washrooms located at the library next door and plenty of township provided rest areas.

Our menu will be reduced slightly to keep things streamlined and efficient. Please try to be understanding if your favourite specialty drink is not available on the day of, it will be available again any other day of the year we are open.

We hope to see you tomorrow!
