We are located in East Hants, about 10 minutes from Elmsdale, but offer delivery to all areas of Nova Scotia. in Upper Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia, serves as the designated pick-up location. Sun. 12pm - 5pm (Pick-up times begin at 11am)
(Studio open for special events, appointments, & scheduled pick-up only.) All orders are subject to availability; we recommend no less than 3 weeks notice for custom orders. A deposit is required to confirm your order; the amount due will be 50% of your total order cost. We are unable to hold dates without confirmation; your order is not confirmed nor will it be started unless confirmation deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within one week or less of your order delivery or pick-up date, your deposit will be forfeited & is ineligible to be transferred to another date. (Conditions differ for wedding orders; these will be explained upon inquiry.) We welcome any reference photos & find it's helpful in understanding what you have in mind for your cake design. However, please note: Any product ordered from a photo of a product which was produced by any other person(s) or bakery can only be reproduced by Kittycat's Cakery and Confections as an interpretation of that product; it will not be an exact reproduction of the product in the photo. We are able to accommodate special dietary requirements (such as wheat alternative, dairy-free); please inform us of any requirements when making your initial inquiry. While we take every available precaution to keep raw ingredients separate, other products containing gluten, dairy, animal byproducts are prepared in the same space, therefore we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination.
