Since 1998, Bitar’s has grown from a small takeout shop into the full-service restaurant it is today— but at its core, it’s always been about family. The faces you see here are the ones who built it, shaped it, and continue to pour their heart into it every day.

What started as a vision in East Hants has become a place to gather, celebrate, and enjoy great food close to home. And none of it would be possible without the support of our community.
