Coming up Monday (Nov 14th) our Asian meal box consists of Jasmine rice, Taiwanese braised pork with hard-boiled egg and tofu puff served with Shanghai bok choy, Chinese cabbage and beef pan-fried pies (imagine tasty dumplings but in a flat-pie form), and cinnamon buns. Finely diced pork belly slow-cooked till tender, braised pork rice is a popular and delicious comfort food from Taiwan. And although cinnamon rolls are not Asian, we would like to share our love for this all-time favourite dessert, the recipe was passed down from Hepting’s great-great-grandmother (picture taken before icing)!

Coming up this Monday (Nov 7th) we have Thai meal box combo consists of

- Thai Pad Macaroni: Thai people basically take the western pasta to another level! We have cooked this many times in Canada and it's an all-time favorite. Be forewarned, it is a bit spicy though as it has Sriracha as part of the sauce. But it is not overwhelming.

- Thai coconut chicken soup: A comforting soup enriched with coconut milk and infused with lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime leaves. Non-spicy.

- Thai mango sticky rice: A classic Thai dessert that is well known and well-loved by everyone! The main ingredients are glutinous rice, coconut milk, and mangoes. It is gluten and dairy free.

On Halloween Monday (Oct 31) our Asian meal box will be a combination of Japanese + Malaysian flavours! Chinese sausage fried rice, Japanese curry (not spicy, well loved by many!), chicken donburi (tender pieces of chicken, onions, and eggs simmered in an umami-rich sauce), potato croquette (a deep-fried comfort food made from mashed potato with sauteed minced pork and onions, and coated with crumbled panko), and Malaysian ondeh-ondeh (glutinous rice balls covered with shredded coconut and a coconut sugar filling inside). $15 per box.

Free delivery within Eston! The meal box will be delivered to your door between 4.30pm-5.00pm (a bit earlier than usual, coz we need to take our kid out for trick or treat).

Coming up Monday (Oct 24th) our Asian meal box consists of Jasmine rice, Taiwanese braised meat balls and napa cabbage, SiChuan Mapo tofu (tofu cooked in a rich, slightly spicy, and savory sauce with minced pork and minced peppers, you should try this if you weren’t a fan of tofu yet!), Malaysian cucur udang (prawn fritters), and Malaysian dessert ang ku kueh (oval-shaped pastry with soft, sticky glutinous rice flour skin wrapped around crushed peanut filling)

We had a beautiful and restful Thanksgiving weekend, and are now ready to serve you amazing meal as the weather gets colder!

Coming up Monday (Oct 17th) our Asian meal box consists of Sesame chicken, Jasmine rice, Japanese Potato croquette (a deep-fried comfort food made from mashed potato with sauteed minced pork and onions, and coated with crumbled panko), Chinese tomato eggs stir-fried, and Malaysian Kuih Keria (a famous snack you can find among street vendors, different from the regular donut here in Canada, it’s made from sweet potatoes and covered in a crunchy gritty-sugar coating).

Coming up Monday (Oct 3rd) our Asian meal box consists of Jasmine rice, Taiwanese braised pork with hard-boiled egg and tofu puff served with Shanghai bok choy, Szechuan eggplant with garlic sauce (one of the best eggplant dishes in our opinion!), and a Taiwanese red bean sticky rice cake for dessert. Finely diced pork belly slow-cooked till tender, braised pork rice is a popular and delicious comfort food from Taiwan (picture taken from the internet). The Taiwanese dessert is usually served during Chinese New Year. It’s chewy, sticky, and tastes like Japanese mochi. One of the versions we do is to wrap them in spring roll wraps and pan-fry them with oil to create a crispy-on-the-outside and soft-on-the-inside texture.

Coming up Monday (Sep 26th) our Asian meal box consists of Jasmine rice, General Tso’s chicken (a sweet and slightly spicy deep-fried chicken dish that is commonly served in North American Chinese restaurants) served on a bed of stir-fry broccoli with oyster sauce and sesame oil, Sichuan Mapo tofu (tofu cooked in a rich, slightly spicy, and savory sauce with minced pork and minced peppers, one of the best tofu dish you can ask for!), duo Malaysian desserts featuring melt-in-your-mouth peanut balls, and kuih dadar (a pandan flavored rolled crepe filled with grated coconut and palm sugar).

Welcome family and friends! We serve mainly Asian cuisine (Chinese, Malaysian, Thai etc), with some Canadian treats. We sell primarily set meals every Monday, and special treats on Thursday occasionally.

We also take custom order if you would like to have certain dish made for you in bigger portion (eg. family or party size) on Thursday or during weekends, just let us know ahead of time so we can get the ingredients ready.
