This spring, we’re shining a spotlight on some of the most popular gluten-free options available in the Pub! 🌿

This week’s feature from our weekend brunch menu is Shakshuka — a traditional North African dish bursting with flavour. Two eggs are gently poached in a rich, simmering blend of tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, warm spices, and fresh herbs, then served with gluten-free toast option for the perfect brunch experience. 🍅🍳

We have several team members with celiac disease, so while our kitchen isn’t 100% gluten-free, we take extra care to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. This week’s feature: Bangers & Mash – made with Spolumbo’s pork sausages served with a red wine onion gravy, potato mash & seasonal vegetables. Plus, since we are posting on Wine Wednesday, it’s always good to remind folks that wine is the perfect gluten-free drink to pair with this dish! 😀
