🥟 By popular demand, We've added another Gnocchi Class at 335 on the Ridge!

Our previous gnocchi making classes sold out, and the requests for another night kept coming in. So we listened and added one more date to the roster: Tuesday, December 1st at 6:00 PM. Seating is limited, so grab your spot before this one fills up too.

Looking for a unique holiday get-together with friends, family, or coworkers in Niagara? Skip the usual dinner reservation and roll up your sleeves with Chef Peter for a hands-on Italian cooking experience in Ridgeway, Ontario.

What is the Gnocchi Making Class at 335 on the Ridge?
It’s a hands-on cooking class hosted by Chef Peter where you learn to make fresh potato gnocchi from scratch, then sit down and enjoy your creation with your choice of Rich Bolognese or Creamy Alfredo sauce.

Tuesday, December 1st at 6:00 PM at 335 on the Ridge, 335 Ridge Road North, Ridgeway (Fort Erie), Ontario.

Looking for a fun family activity in Ridgeway? Join us at 335 On The Ridge for our Kids Pizza Making Class on Sunday, December 27th at 11AM & 2PM!

Kids will get hands-on experience stretching pizza dough, choosing their favourite toppings, and making their very own fresh pizza with guidance from our instructor.
