We are looking for summer staff to join our Lunitas team. We are a fresh, artsy Mexican restaurant and craft cocktail bar located on the waters of the Gibsons Harbour. This is a fun, lively restaurant with an epic staff and gorgeous waterfront views. We are currently looking for servers, prep cooks and line cooks.

Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment. We are looking for extremely reliable part time and full time employees to slay our Summer season with us.

We are absolutely in love with this one, Friends. We know you will be too. This weekend’s Marg Monday feature might just blow your socks off like it did ours. No one has socks on at this point. Just kidding. But seriously… Centenario Blanco tequila, Nixta corn liqueur (our new favourite love language), agave syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice, and a nibble of grilled sweet corn to sweeten the deal. Meet our latest feature cocktail, the Smooth Operator. We’ve been playing with this gorgeous corn liqueur and honestly? The results are absolutely a-maize-ing. 🌽✨

We’re bringing a little sultry jazz-club vibes to this weeks fiesta, starring Gran Centenario Añejo and Nixta, an ancestral corn liqueur that is quite literally the cream of the crop. We stir it down slow with a touch of agave and deep cocoa bitters to create a velvety, rich pour with zero rough edges.
