Halloween Trivia is coming to Interlake Brewing! 🎃

Join us Thursday, October 29th at 6 PM for a spooky night of trivia! We’ve got four rounds of Halloween-themed questions covering everything from horror movies and creepy history to classic Halloween traditions and strange-but-true facts.

Geared toward adults, but family-friendly, so everyone is welcome!

Grab your smartest (or spookiest) friends, come up with a team name, and let’s get festive. Costumes encouraged!

We’re firing up the smoker and bringing some new smokehouse specials to our feature board!

First up: Smoked Pork Belly, three ways.

🔥 Classic – Simply smoked and delicious.
🌿 Candied Sage – A little sweet, a little savoury.
🍺 House B**r BBQ Glazed – Sticky, smoky, and full of flavour.

The perfect b**r snack, especially paired with a cold Day Tripper Rye IPA.

We’re excited to start bringing more creations out of our smoker, so stay tuned for what’s next!

What a night!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made our second annual Forage Fest such a great night.

We challenged our fellow Manitoba producers to find inspiration in their own backyards, and wow, did they deliver! The variety of b**r, c***r, and mead was incredible, showcasing not only the amazing ingredients we have here in Manitoba, but the creativity, talent, and skill of the people working with them. We’re so lucky to have such passionate makers in our province!

Tasty snacks, lots of laughs, fun foraging giveaways, and a room full of friends made for a pretty wonderful evening.

A huge shoutout to our team for all the hard work that went into making this event happen. From the kitchen to the brewery and everyone in between, we couldn’t have done it without you!

And to our community, thank you for showing up and supporting this event for another year. We love bringing people together to celebrate the best of Manitoba, and we’re already excited about what next year might bring.

It’s officially toque season out here in the Interlake! 🍂

The sun’s still got a little warmth to it, but that cool lake breeze is sneaking in, and we all know what’s coming!

This year we’ve got three styles to keep you cozy:

• Classic cuffed toque – available in 3 colours
• Waffle knit toque – available in 2 colours
• Pom-pom toque – for all you hockey folks out there!

All featuring our round pier logo on a leather patch.

Supplies are limited, so grab your favourite while you can. We’ve got a whole lot of toque weather ahead of us!

Forage Fest is just days away, and we can’t wait to see what these talented Manitoba makers are going to fill our sampling glasses with!

We’ve heard whispers of scorched pumpkin ale, Saskatoon berries, strawberry rhubarb braggot, sumac, wild plum and crabapple.

It’s such a fun way to celebrate Manitoba’s wild ingredients and the creativity of our local craft beverage industry. We love seeing what everyone comes up with when challenged to find inspiration in their own backyard.

And let’s not forget the food! Our kitchen has been busy dreaming up some delicious on-theme snacks for the event.

There’s so much to look forward to, and we can’t wait to share it all with you!
