It is with mixed emotions that after 20 years of building and growing my little business that I say ….I have sold my little Casse Croûte,

I want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who have been a part of this journey!!

To the incredible employees that I have had over the years - you were truly the heart and soul of my business!! I am forever grateful for the dedication, talent, passion and your hard work!!!

To my loyal customers and fans: your unwavering support has been the driving force of my little business. Over the years, you’ve trusted me with your business, and for that, I am truly grateful.

I’ve cherished every interaction, every story shared, and every piece of feedback that has helped my business grow. I am so thankful for your loyalty and trust.

Après 20 ans à bâtir et faire grandir ma petite entreprise, je vous annonce que j’ai vendu mon cher Casse Croûte.

Je tiens à prendre ce moment pour exprimer ma plus profonde gratitude à chacun et chacune d’entre vous qui a fait partie de cette aventure incroyable.

À mes employés exceptionnels – vous avez été le cœur et l'âme de mon entreprise. Votre dévouement, talent, passion et travail acharné resteront gravés dans mon cœur. Merci d'avoir fait de cet endroit ce qu'il était.

À mes clients et fidèles amis – votre soutien indéfectible a été la force motrice derrière tout ce que j’avis accompli. Au fil des années, vous m’avez accordé votre confiance, et pour cela, je vous suis sincèrement reconnaissant. J’ai chéri chaque interaction, chaque histoire partagée et chaque retour qui nous a aidés à grandir. Je suis reconnaissant pour votre fidélité et votre confiance.

Je veux prendre une minute ce matin pour Remercier le service d'incendie de Gracefield et tous les pompiers des municipalité alentours pour leur intervention rapide pour éteindre l'incendie à côté de ma maison avant qu'il se propage à la mienne!

C'est certainement très triste pour mes voisins😔- heureusement, personne n'était à la maison à ce moment-là !!

Merci encore aux Pompiers de Gracefield et aux Pompiers des municipalité alentours !!

I want to take a minute this morning to Thank the Gracefield Fire Department and all of the other Firemen-Firewomen from the surrounding municipalities for the quick intervention for extinguishing the fire next door to my house before it spread to mine!!

My heart goes out to the people who were living there 😔- fortunately no one was home at the time!!

Thank you Gracefield Firemen & FireWomen and the Firemen and FireWomen from the other municipalities!!
