Why you should be drinking our healthy lemonade in the winter!!
-Lemons are packed with vitamin C and citric acid. Both of these elements boost your immune system to help you fight cold and flu.
-Lemon is also abundant in electrolytes. It contains potassium and small amounts of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
-Maple syrup contains lots of important minerals. The electrolytes of zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sodium chloride all occur in their natural ratios within this sweetener. The high level of manganese works as an essential co-factor for a number of enzymes reactions and is important for energy production and antioxidant defenses.
I will be at the farmers market from 9-3 today with 2 healthy lemonade !
