☀️ Saturday plans? Let us take care of the food!

We’re OPEN from 10 am to 3 pm with plenty of fresh, scratch-made options for your weekend.

We’ll have charcuterie in 3 grab-and-go sizes, perfect for date night, picnics, road trips, the river, or simply enjoying outside without heating up your kitchen. Need something larger for a gathering? Send us a message and we’ll do our best to get you set up!

Today, we’ll be offering a few soup options, heated upon request:

🍄 Cream of Mushroom — gluten friendly
🌿 Pesto Chicken, Vegetable & Penne — gluten friendly option
🌮 Pulled Pork Taco — gluten friendly with a dairy-free option

With these hotter temperatures, fewer people are reaching for soup, and we’ve been finding ourselves with more left over. Rather than adding another pot to the rotation, we’re serving some delicious favourites. Plus, soup is often even better after the flavours have had a few days to come together!

We’ll also be making our gourmet sandwiches, wraps and other lunch options fresh to order.

Summer often means fewer people in our area of downtown and fewer orders coming through, so please remember how important it is to support the local gems you love whenever you can. Every visit, order, share and recommendation truly makes a difference. ❤️

☀️ It’s a hot Thursday, and we’ve got you covered for breakfast, lunch, snacks, treats and dinner, without heating up your kitchen!

Today’s soup is Cream of Mushroom (gluten friendly). It pairs perfectly with one of our gourmet sandwiches, wraps, savoury focaccia muffins or protein biscuits.

We’re also stocked with refreshing meal-sized and side salads, charcuterie in 3 grab-and-go sizes, appetizers, snacks, freshly baked sweets and plenty more!

🥣 Today’s soup is Mexican Carnita-Style Pulled Pork Taco Soup. It's loaded with vegetables, rice and mashed beans, then topped with Santa Fe dip, shredded cheese and crunchy tortilla chips. It’s a must-try!

Pair it with one of our gourmet sandwiches or wraps, a protein biscuit, savoury focaccia muffin, fresh salad and more.

We also have Take & Heat meals ready to make dinner easier! Skip heating up your kitchen or house and save yourself the time, thought, prep and cleanup—simply reheat and enjoy.

We have an excellent selection of freshly made breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner fare ready to help get you through this heat wave.

Today’s soup is Creamy Tomato Bacon Basil, topped with parmesan petals, house-baked crostini and crispy bacon. Gluten-friendly upon request.

Pair it with one of our gourmet sandwiches, wraps, breakfast sandwiches, meal-sized salads, side salads and more.

Need a cool place to enjoy a bite? We have air conditioning and seating for up to 14 people, whether you’re stopping in solo or joining us with family, friends or colleagues.

☀️ Summer Hours Update ☀️

Effective immediately, we'll be moving to our summer hours.

Over the past four months, we gave extended hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays a try. It started out strong, but as summer has arrived with camping trips, long weekends, vacations, and more people enjoying the outdoors, the demand just hasn't been there for us to stay open later.

So... we're going to enjoy a little more of summer too. 💛

Our summer hours are:
• Tuesday: 10 am to 5 pm
• Wednesday - Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
• Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm

When September rolls around, we'll take another look at the demand and the numbers. If it makes sense, we'll absolutely consider extending our hours again.
