Mae Poi’s Authentic Thai Food is more than just a Thai restaurant—we’re also a little corner of Thailand right here in Canada.
Our friend Tony spent three years living in Chiang Mai and became comfortable speaking Thai. But after moving back to Canada, She missed having people to talk to in Thai. That’s why she started visiting Mae Poi—not only for the food, but also for the chance to practice Thai and connect with Thai culture again.
