We would like to introduce you to our newest member of the FFC family. Tomas was born November 26th.He is a gem, the sweetest little thing! We are finishing up some meal plans and I will be taking an extended maternity leave. We will be back soon with some new menus and fun healthy treats! See you soon!

Due to high demand (!!!) we are currently unable to take on any more personal meal plan clients. I will update as soon as spots open up!
We will be opening up our pre-made meal options to accommodate more people - single servings, double and family style. All healthy, all natural & chemical free and of course delish!
