Tomato and mozzarella base, roasted chicken, fresh pineapple, red onions, green onions, and house made bourbon BBQ sauce.

Only available while supplies last. Come in this Friday or Saturday to try out this smoky and tangy creation.

The BBQ - awagama combination was created by sisters Annika and Caroline Humble, cottagers on Kawagama Lake.

Every spring means several days of chopping firewood for our hungry pizza ovens! 🪓

We use mostly maple, beech and birch since these are the most prevalent local hardwoods.

We let the wood dry for several months in cages before transporting it out to the ovens.
