Drive safe. Still lots of sand left over from winter on some roads. Municipalities and county roads should be starting there spring sweep soon. Will make a post when roads to Fort Irwin are cleaned. Until then drive safe. Looking forward to a great riding season

Moroccan Shakshuka. Come try our new seasonal Feature. Something we are playing with to add to future main menu.
At its core, it’s a hearty, comforting dish featuring eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, onions, and an array of spices. The name “shakshuka” roughly translates to “mixture” or “shaken” in Arabic, reflecting the process of mixing and simmering the ingredients.
