People ask if we actually make these from scratch. Yeah, we do!

The cake gets baked, the semifreddo gets whipped, and the layers get stacked and trimmed. Then each sandwich gets cut, wrapped, and tied by hand. Nothing comes out of a box.

It takes longer this way, but that's what makes these special — ice cream sandwiches that taste like they were made with love and care.
