After a year of trying to negotiate with the City of Hamilton we are sad to inform everyone no progress was made and we have been forced to take legal action. We will not be open for the 2021 season. We thank you for all your support and good times over the past 10 years.

To support Sandbox Sports Inc. and Sandbox Beach Bar moving forward we ask that you reach out to as many media outlets as you can so we can make this story known provincially and hopefully nationally.

We are still in talks with the city to resolve our issues regarding rent during Covid and will update everyone as soon as possible. We hope to see everyone soon to enjoy our 3rd season on the patio.
