We’ve had a lot of people asking about joining TTRPG groups, so we’re excited to announce a special Learn to Play session at Mancala Monk!

🕛 Time: 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Mancala Monk – 1229 Cannon St E, Hamilton
This event is designed for beginners and anyone curious about tabletop roleplaying games. We’ll most likely be running a Learn to Play Dungeons & Dragons session, though we may explore another beginner-friendly TTRPG depending on interest.
No experience is needed — we’ll help guide you through the basics, including:
How roleplaying games work
Creating or using a character
Dice rolling and simple rules
Cooperative storytelling and gameplay
The cost will be $15 per person, and this will include a combination of pre-made characters and extra character sheets. ***For the underage players who wish to sign up need to be aware that there is only one chair available - parents/guardians will not have a space to sit.
Whether you’ve always wanted to try D&D or you’re looking for a new group to connect with, this is a great chance to jump in and meet fellow players.
