Hi my friends,

I learnt you have been looking for me.

Well, I took most of 2025 away to realign myself. All good!

I am back, refreshed and realigned with my passion to encourage anyone who would like to take up cake decorating or improve on that skill.
I will putting up some classes this year and I hope you can join me.

And also taking orders for the year, my notice period is a month.

Let me be your teacher or/and baker, serious on taste!

And discovered that my video from 4 years ago made the Food Exhibition that will be touring the country.

4 years ago when I was filmed for this video, Canada wasn’t celebrating that year.

Hello Hello!

Is it too late to say “Happy New Year”?

It’s been a while

I wanted to share this picture that popped up on my phone on Friday.

5 years ago, it was the first time I piped an open rose
I went for an intermediate class not knowing the whole world was going to shut down the following month.

As everything moved online, I took more online classes to perfect my act. This helped me mentally.

An intercontinental move to Canada Aug 2020
And the rest is history

What have I learnt? It seems there is never a right thing for most things.

This year, I plan to do 2 cupcake decorating classes in May and Nov.
More details to follow.

Open to take celebration cakes from April.
