Our cafe, espresso bar and ice cream shop is a family-run business, where the regulars are greeted by name and welcomed as family, too. We are community-minded and not only promote everything we love about the Harrison but we also source most of our food locally. Ask any of our staff about the lake, the hiking trails, or the hot springs and more often than not they will have a story to tell; most
of them grew up here. With a population of just over one-thousand, Harrison is a place where everybody knows everybody (or at least knows of them), and a place where you can literally walk from one side of town to the other in ten minutes flat, and enjoy the view the whole way! At Muddy Waters Café, we believe it is this small-town mentality that allows us to provide a warm, welcoming shop where family, regulars, and tourists alike can enjoy a quick coffee or a lazy afternoon lunch and drinks, listen to some great live music, and take in the sights and sounds of the Harrison beachfront. We pride ourselves on creating an experience for each and every customer (regular or otherwise!) that walks through our doors.
