We have elevated our morning menu at Mays Cafe with three thoughtfully crafted additions. Centered around house made sauces, fresh, seasonal ingredients and crisp, locally sourced lettuce from - these new offerings bring a refined balance to your morning routine.

The Market Wrap – A clean, flavorful, and effortless start to the day.

The Avocado Sunrise – Bright, rich, and perfectly balanced.

The Coastal Toast – A light, crisp, and elevated breakfast classic featuring smoked salmon.

Mays Cafe at the Old Post is officially two years old!

To celebrate, Chef Mabel revamped the cafe walls and the menu, tying together her two homes: Harriston and Ghana in West Africa.

Every birth story deserves a place to land. Whether your journey was exactly as planned, or filled with twists and turns you didn’t expect, having a space to process that experience is a vital part of the postpartum journey.
I am so honored to host this Birth Debrief Circle at May's Cafe. This is a safe, gentle space to share, listen, and find community among others who understand the transformative power of bringing a life into the world.
A Supportive Space with Special Guests:
To help hold this space, I am so grateful to be joined by three incredible women:

• Beatrice Dopfer, Full Spectrum Doula (Birth, Postpartum, Fertility & Loss) : Leading the circle with care and compassion.

• Ivy Norris: A local preemie mom sharing her lived experience and strength.

• Paula Shepard, MSW, RSW: Bringing professional insight and mental health support to our conversation.
