It's that time again! We are pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Road to Reading Event on August 1. Your favourites will be back, a bake sale, a book sale and a silent auction as well as the touch a truck event that will let you get up close to all the big vehicles we see everyday in our community.

Please join us on Saturday May 30th from 10-4 at Todd’s Your Independent Grocer in Hastings for our Cram the Cruiser Event. You can donate right at the cash register. Your support makes a huge difference to our community!

Our friends from the Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank will be in front of the Warkworth Library today, and every Tuesday at 2pm throughout the summer. They'll be at our Hastings Branch on Fridays from 12:30 pm- 1:30 pm! Drop by, grab some fresh produce, essentials and find out about their work. If the weather gets wet, don't worry, they'll set up in the library!

A huge thank you to everyone who comes out and supports our Community Lunch! ❤️

Because of this amazing community, we were proud to donate $750 to the Hastings & Roseneath Food Bank from our latest lunch event. Since September 2025, together we have now donated an incredible $3,555 through our monthly Community Lunches!

We are so grateful for the support from our local community, guests, friends, and volunteers who continue to make these events possible. Every meal shared helps support local families in need.

Shout out to this amazing community for coming together and making a difference we couldn’t do it without you! 🙌💙
