As we prepare for the fall season, we would like to inform you about a few important updates regarding our menu. Please read the following information.
Japanese formal dining can be broadly categorized into three types: kaiseki, washoku, and teishoku.
To explain these:
1.Kaiseki: This is a traditional Japanese multi-course meal that showcases seasonal ingredients and a variety of cooking techniques. It is known for its meticulous presentation and balance of flavors, akin to high-end Western cuisine.
2.Washoku: This term refers to traditional Japanese cuisine that emphasizes seasonal ingredients, harmony, and balance in both taste and presentation. Our menu already features washoku dishes.
3.Teishoku: This is a set meal that typically includes a main dish, rice, miso soup, and various side dishes. It is a simpler, more casual dining option compared to kaiseki
