Thank you, Kanata.💚
With sincere appreciation, we want to share that our Kanata location will be closing after service on Friday, June 26 (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
This is a difficult message to share because this location has meant a lot to us. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving so many familiar faces: guests stopping in on their lunch break, families coming in for dinner, teams ordering catering, neighbours picking up their regular bowl, and customers who made PI·RHO part of their weekly routine.
For that, we are truly grateful.
This decision was not made lightly. The reality of operating multiple locations in the same city has changed, and we’ve made the difficult decision to consolidate our operations so we can continue serving our guests in a strong and sustainable way.
PI·RHO is not leaving Ottawa.
Our Barrhaven and Elgin Street locations remain open and ready to serve you.Your loyalty points, gift cards, online ordering, and catering services will continue at our other locations.
To our Kanata guests: thank you for every visit, every order, every kind word, and every memory. We are proud to have been part of this community, and we hope you’ll continue to support us at our other PI·RHO locations.
To our Kanata team: thank you for your hard work, care, and dedication. You helped make this location truly special.
