Since 2012, Aperitivo has offered seasonal, ‘from scratch’ food inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Mediterranean, while highlighting the remarkable products available locally, as well as some of our favourite specialties from our travels, and of course, unique, small production wines from around the world. While we deal with the unpredictable nature of Covid 19, and the changing rules

under which we currently operate, our first priority is to the safety of our staff and guests. We will be available for dining in the restaurant when possible, patio dining on our covered and heated patio when we are able, and takeaway throughout.

Thomas’s impact on Ontario winemaking is peerless. With a career spanning the top terroirs of Burgundy and Oregon, he returned to Niagara to pioneer the sub-appellation movement—mapping the very sites that define our region today.
As we spend this summer showcasing our favorite Canadian wineries, Bachelder Wines serves as the essential benchmark for everything we love about cool-climate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and beyond.
