Meet Grey!👋
Born in Italy, 13 years deep in professional kitchens, and still going. He’s the kind of person who plays basketball on his days off, travels when he can, and genuinely believes olive oil fixes most things.
At Toncini, he cooks the way he lives; authentic, relaxed, and driven by good ingredients. If you ask him what to order, he’ll say everything (he means it), but the pasta will always have a special place. And if you’re wondering whether it’s cooked right? Grey can tell just by looking at it.
What makes this place worth showing up to every day, he says, is the people. At work and at home, that’s what it comes down to.
