Italy doesn’t really do multi-vintage blending for still wines. It’s more of a Champagne thing. A Sherry technique. But here we have “Hey French” - a garganega-dominant white where you’re tasting a site across time. It’s on the list now… but for how long?

Come find your people. SUPERGOOD WINE SCHOOL. Our first session is Sunday May 31st and we’re calling it “How to Taste (and not be weird about it)”. It’s a reset, the foundation on which a whole year’s classes will stack. All levels of wine experience are welcome. This is going to be fun. Promise.
