I do not advertise myself as organic but I do try and keep my supplies locally grown and pesticide free. I have accumulated culinary experience from chefs and restaurants from Prince Edward County, Kingston and Brockville all the way to Surrey, England. In my travels I have learned most, that food an

d dining are used as a tool to bring people together whether it be birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or just a catch up lunch with an old friend. Catalyst, by definition, is something that causes activity between two or more persons. I understand that what I do is tool for my customers end result. because of this I feel it is important to communicate closely with all my clients to ensure I am en-capturing their personality so that I can use my talent to accentuate their vision. We are excited to announce Maxine will be firing up for one last event this season, its a cool one friends!
Sugar Bones Farm will be hosting thir first psychic fair in North Gower. There will be live shows, live music, artisans and makers.... the best part, proceeds will be going to help children's programs at the Ossgoode Youth Association.
We are working on a menu special for this event so stay tuned or just get your butts out there October 18th ❤️🤘❤️

We are excited to be returning to out favourite event of the year. A great group of people having fun and showing up for their community. Come on out, rain or shine Mad Maxine's fire will be pumping. This year we'll be serving ribs, burgers, sausages, pulled pork and more.

Good morning friends❣️ today is the day to be in Spencerville! We've been up late stoking Maxine's fire as we slow smoked these ribs and skewered our new "Grill" Pickle Chicken for the rib competition at SpencerCity Bar & Grill. Hit up the Joe's staff for a refreshing beverage, order some snacks and sides then grab a half rack hot off the grill. $15 tax in. Don't let the rain keep you away. Its supposed to dry up around noon so come on out this morning to Spencerville Seasonal Market over at the municipal building. Great vendors selling wares made with love.
We will be serving from 11:30 to 5 or until the meat is gone 😁🤘
