GivingTuesday is global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
This year for Giving Tuesday KENORA'S one and only Authentic Indian restaurant donated its 5th Annual donation to the LAKE OF THE WOODS DISTRICT HOSPITAL.
Just like every year we donated enough food to feed the entire staff at the hospital and all the outer buildings of the hospital.
The world is changing and there is a lot of hatred and racism in today's day and age. KENORA is a place that many of us call home and is also home to many diffrent cultures and religions.
Let's learn about each other and each other's cultures and educate the younger generations and lead by example.
Christmas is around the corner, do a good deed so santa can be good to you.
A special thank you to Mr Mayor Andrew Porier, councilor Barb Manson and Councilor Lisa Moncrief for attending and helping package the food and delivery.
Another special thank you to the CEO of the hospital Cheryl O'flaherty for having us.
