What are doubles? Two pieces of fried flat bread (bara) with curried chickpeas (channa). Tamarind sauce & hot sauce (pepper sauce) optional.
What is roti? Curried or jerk chicken with curried potatoes, wrapped in a "roti skin" which has crushed split peas within it (known as dhal puri). Hot sauce optional.
