Introducing our new iced protein lattes available in vanilla and chocolate fudge. Each latte contains 17g of protein, and can be made using your choice of milk.
Made using 'GoodProtein' powder. This product is Canadian made, NON-GMO, Vegan, Gluten and Dairy free.

We support fellow, local businesses, all our meat comes from Greens Butcher in Wingham

All our baked goods are made in-house using fresh, quality ingredients

It’s a rare thing for us to take a break at The Daily Grind but the time has come for us to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation. To coincide with my trip to the UK and Edwin’s to Vancouver we will be closed for 5 days from Monday 9th February and reopening Saturday 14th February.
