Homemade vanilla! It’s a beautiful things. This is a double fold hopefully will be ready in 1 year! This dark blend of Uganda, India and Burundi vanilla beans is rich and chocolate-y reminds the beans wranglers of chocolate cake doughnuts!

What a perfect first order to reopen with! These cupcakes are carrot cake, but instead of traditional cream cheese icing, I switched things up with a smooth white chocolate icing. White chocolate pairs beautifully with carrot cake and adds the perfect sweet touch.

Happy Easter! It’s been a minute. But I wonted to do an update where we are at.

The countdown is in full swing! Looks like we are 5 weeks away. Things are finishing up just all the small details are to left. Kitchen's finished countertops last week, stairs will be finished next week. It’s turning into a house..

Fingers crossed I can get back to baking in June!
