Friends, it is my absolute pleasure to introduce you to the new owners of Amadeus.
Next to me is Samantha. As an experienced chef, Sam brings years of culinary experience in B.C and the Kingston area. She is super excited about Amadeus and is quickly learning my tricks of the trade. I have every confidence in her abilities to offer you our menu.
Seated next is Katie. She will be taking care of the front of house. Her friendly smile and years of experience of dealing with the public is excited to meet you all.
Next is Nelson. A super warm and friendly professional.
With his many years of experience he is ready to keep the tradition alive.
Nelson is also owner of Lightcaster brewery.
Though he plans on keeping your favourite draught beers, he will be adding the Lightcaster German style Kölsch and their tasty IPA to replace the now discontinued Braufactum IPA.
I'll be here for a bit to so stop in this week and meet the new gang. Prost 🍻

Well, I'm a little lost for words.
The past few weeks have been surreal imagining a life without Amadeus.
The love and outpouring support from you all has touched my heart deeply. it was all of you that kept my passion going for the better part of 34 years.
I thank you for all the well wishes on social media, emails, phone calls or popping your head in the kitchen.
It has been my absolute pleasure celebrating memories with you and for now it is not goodbye, but until we meet again. Thank you so very much.

After 33+ years in business we have sold Amadeus and thoroughly look forward to our next chapter.
Our last day as owners will be Wednesday January 14th.
I will stay on for a couple of weeks to help the new owners transition smoothly.
The menu will remain the same and they will be offering many of the same beers you enjoy.
At this time we would like to thank all our wonderfully amazing guests, your loyalty and passion has been overwhelming over the years.
We will most certainly miss you all, its been an absolute pleasure celebrating memories with you.
A sincere thank you to all of our amazing staff past and present. So many faces over the years we couldn't have done it without you all.
No immediate plans but we do have a few pop ups and markets planned for the spring. You can follow me at schnitzelman here on FB and see our going ons.
Finally, a special thank you to Sue for all her support. You're the best.
Thank you again Kingston, its been a wonderful journey.
