Seventy years ago, Charcoal Steakhouse opened its doors in Kitchener. Woven into the special occasions of our community, their celebrations, their Sunday nights, their proposals, their promotions. Over seven decades, this dining room has held a lot of history. We open the doors to the Families and Friends of the Charcoal who have made us what we are today.

On Saturday August 15th, we mark the occasion properly. One evening with Limited Tickets. It will not be repeated for another decade.

Enjoy an intimate cocktail gala; an evening of passed canapés crafted by Executive Chef Alex Dunbar, a raw bar with freshly shucked oysters, signature cocktails, a curated beverage program, limited edition gifts, and dancing. A party that befits seventy years of doing this well.

Charcoal Steak House is hosting our annual Father's Day Brunch Buffet, the spread that makes the day feel like a real occasion. Running from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, it's the perfect excuse to sleep in a little, get everyone together, and let us do the cooking.

Today is milestone for our team, our General Manager David Ambrose is celebrating 20 years with The Charcoal Steak House! His signature good nature and leadership has created an environment where all feel welcome and respected.
