The biggest "thank you" goes out to everybody who showed up tonight to wish us a warm farewell at 86 Queen St. S. Your support throughout the past five months has meant everything to the team, and we all hope you had a blast.

If there's anything you want to discuss, you can always reach out to Zachary, Sarah, Brody, or Stephen. We're keeping our eyes peeled for the next home of KW eSports. Until then, keep gaming hard.

We’re not done forever. We need a place where we can succeed.

It is with heavy hearts that we must close down our operations at 86 Queen St. South in September. Despite all of the effort we have put into working on the space, issues with the building that we weren’t initially made aware of have made it so that we cannot finish the remodeling. We have been fighting these problems for months, but the fact that they are still not fixed is hurting both us and you - the community that has so graciously supported our growth throughout the summer.

We’ll continue to search for a space that can be the true home of eSports in Kitchener-Waterloo. It’s not here, but trust that we will be looking. You have all been so great as a community and we know there’s a passion for gaming in this city. There’s gotta be a space that can handle it. Someday we’ll be back, better than ever.

Time for good news! We’re going to keep this party running right up until moving day. There are 4 more weeks of events, capped off with a *free entry* farewell party.
