Pierogi Pigs is a full service mobile catering business started in May of 2018 and owned by Joel and Eric Rider, sons of our Pierogi Master and Momma, Susan Jacklin, who is the true inspiration behind our truck! Sue has been making her signature pierogi for over 20 years using a timeless recipe from our family history, satisfying the taste buds of many!
Our truck’s daily operations are run by Sue, her youngest son Matt and his wife Jessica. Soon-to-be wives of Eric and Joel, Ashley and Bailey are in charge of making our social media fun and keeping you up to speed! They love to interact with our followers, so don’t be shy to reach out to say hello or ask any questions you may have! All family members have their own little part in making Pierogi Pigs Food Truck a success and offering a new sought after treat to the Tri City areas. Our family brings with us different and unique skill sets with expertise in both the food service and customer service industries, all of which will provide us invaluable experience in our new adventure as road truck warriors.
