Good morning folks☺️. Closing our restaurant was very painful and hardest thing I ever did🥺 So many good memories and people I have met. Thank you for being part of my journey. I am happy to show a bit of Filipino food and at the same time highlighting Nicaraguan food and dishes from Latin America. Thank you to all the people who bought and loved our cakes and pastries. Thank you to all my friends and family who have helped me throughout the years!!! Thank you to my wife Evelyn for being there with me through the good times and bad times. Our very last cake order. Double chocolate with chocolate ganache. We did well over 600+ cakes plus sweets, pastries and pies since the start of the pandemic. It may not seem a lot compared to a bakery since we started as a restaurant first. I’m very happy for all the cake orders and with customers asking for more🙏we were able to kickstart this baking business. Who knows what the future holds☺️❤️.

Good morning. Tonight we are completely booked!!! Almost 2 1/2 years since we did this event. It has always been a special memory for Nuestro88. For my love of Latin food, I bring you some of my dishes. With Spanish influence in the Philippines, our “second”home of Mexico and cooking influences from my Nicaraguan wife, I hope you enjoy your night with us. Thank you for all the love and giving us an opportunity to showcase our food.

Wow what a night. Kamayan night was a success!!! Thank you everybody for coming in. Here are some photos the customers have sent. For our dessert, we had some Mangoes with Longgan honey and Strawberry Shortcake with coconut pandan whipped cream.(no pictures😩) After a long day, my friend brought some A5 Wagyu top sirloin to enjoy!!!
Thank you for enjoying some Filipino food.
Now on the the next event, “Latin Fiesta”. If you love Hispanic food, then you sure don’t want to miss it!!!! And we we are filling up very fast for Sept. 24 5pm and 7:30 pm.

Good morning everybody. Our Kamayan Feast is fully booked for both the 5pm and 7:30 pm timeslots. If we get enough requests, we will open for Sunday and Tuesday this week. Thank you so much for all the support❤️❤️There are still some tables left for the Latin Fiesta Sept.24. So please book ahead.I will be posting my one and only KAMAYAN Brunch on Sept.25. It will be my Best and Final Creation that I always envisioned. We will be taking a limited amount of reservations so please book ahead🙏. PM or email [email protected].
