These beautiful Kente cloths originated in the Ashanti region of Ghana. The cloth is believed to be discovered in Bonwire, Chef Castro’s birthplace in Ghana.

These were handwoven by his nephew Sandy Kwaku Boateng, a 25 year-old young man who recently started his own business. Chef Castro is proud to be supporting him by selling his products at HOB Fine Foods.
