From October 1–31, 19 independent Langley restaurants are bringing their best burgers to the table, and ours is Braise the Roof.

A smashed beef patty layered with tender slow-braised beef and melted sharp provolone, finished with a rosemary & roasted garlic sauce on toasted sourdough.
