pov: you’re on day 3 of recipe testing and things are going.. well, they’re going great 🙃

Honestly though it was so worth it because these birthday buns might just be one of the best things we’ve ever made 🤌🏼

working on the new menu (launch date tbd) and i’m obsessedddd

inspired by chasing the ice cream truck down the street, eating melting drumsticks way too fast, rocket pops (or are they firecrackers now? idk) after swimming, orange creamsicles, rainbow sherbet, and all the little treats that made summer feel magical as a kid 😭✨

think rocket pop spritzes, orange creamsicle matchas, drumstick lattes with housemade waffle cone crunch 😮‍💨 nostalgic flavours reimagined and grown up just a little bit

still testing. still refining. but this menu is going to define summer ‘26 mark my words 👀🍦

day 2 of exposing the very glamorous behind the scenes of being a business owner ☕️🎥

car fell into a ditch, a stranger rescued me with a forklift(?), got lost 100 times, nearly peed myself looking for a bathroom, GPS said “you’ve reached your destination” with an insane amount of confidence, and the PR boxes still made it out alive

can’t make this sh*t up 🤭
