Burger Baron history detectives: we need your help!

We’re trying to recreate the vintage Burger Baron paper cup design that appears in a few old black-and-white photos from the early days of the brand.

The cup appears to feature the classic Burger Baron mascot, the stacked BURGER BARON sign-style logo, and a slogan around the top that may read:

“Watch for the BARON — he will point the way”

But we’re not 100% sure.

Does anyone out there have:

• an original Burger Baron paper cup?
• colour photos of cups, bags, wrappers, menus, trays, or signage from the 1950s/1960s/1970s?
• old family photos taken at Burger Baron locations?
• memories of what the cup colours or slogan actually were?
• information about the original Burger Baron signage or packaging?

We’re especially interested in confirming the original colours, the exact wording around the rim, and whether the cup design was based on the old roadside Burger Baron sign.

If you have anything tucked away in a drawer, photo album, garage, storage box, or family archive, we would love to see it.
