One of the things that makes Vietnamese food so special is the fresh herbs served on the side. They’re not just garnish — they bring aroma, balance, and that authentic flavor to every bowl and every bite.

Here at Fuh, we always do our best to prepare the freshest herbs possible for our dishes. While it may never be 100% the same as what you would find back in Vietnam—due to seasonal availability and local ingredients here in London—we put a lot of care into creating the closest experience we can.
