You can catch us down at Hyde Park Pond Fest Saturday at the corner of Hyde Park Rd. and Gainsboro Road from 1 PM to 10 PM Saturday Huge event free open to the public. Bring your kids live music vendors games thousands of people fireworks tonight concerts all day and tonight meet you there.

Not even 18 hours after our grandmas house was hit by a truck this morning we wake up to a vehicle who hit the Sherwood Forest mall at the back of the GoodLife fitness where a cardio class was being taught. 7 people injured several sent to hospital !

Who is handing out licenses now a days. This used to be a once in a lifetime sighting and now it’s almost weekly ?

Smarten up London drivers or get off the road entirely !

All caused by a road rage incident between that truck and another driver on wharncliffe road. He hit the wall at over 80kmph the cop told us ! Coming out of a domino’s parking lot ??

FYI ITS JUST US CLOSING THE MARKET IS STILL OPEN FROM 9-5 for all other vendors and incredible food options. I highly recommend fish and chips (close your eyes and imagine being in Britain with a fish dinner wrapped up in newspaper. Now remember that taste ? Well she sells that memory and taste. Just not wrapped in newspaper lol

We also highly recommend our Jamaican queen herself, JEN, from IRE BITES truely authentic island cuisine the oxtail and curry goat and jerk chicken and homemade Jamaican Pattie’s blow your mind yummy ! 😋

f you’re lucky enough to have landed a ticket to the sold out Bbq Class today take a look at this video to learn where to come when you pull in off of Adelaide. You’re gonna have to pull in straight to the back you’ll see the smoker sitting with my red minivan, Class starts right at 12 o’clock on the nose if you’re a little bit late, just come into the class quietly at the back.
