Lucky number 7 🥟

7 years ago yesterday Pierogi Queen opened its window to friends, family, and hungry customers, and so many people showed up.

These past seven seasons have been filled with learning curves, challenges, wins, long days, and moments that have shaped this little business into what it is today. To all of the amazing humans who have worked on the truck over the years, THANK YOU for making each and every season possible.

Some days I can’t even believe we’ve made it this far! Thank you to everyone who has stopped by the truck, shared a meal with us, recommended us, booked us, or simply followed along over the years. You helped turn what was a little dream into a big reality!

Here’s to more years, more pierogi and more adventure!

We always say this, but one of our favourite things about this business is that our office changes DAILY!

The truck is mostly in hibernation right now…
but if the nice weather keeps showing up, we just might take her out for a spin.

While we’re usually known to do our Christmas pierogi trays, they’re actually available year-round.
Birthday, gathering, potluck, or just an excuse to order pierogi - pierogi trays and other catering items can be ordered anytime, with enough notice.

Our trays come with 25 pierogi fully cooked and loaded, all you need to do is toss them in the oven to reheat.

Behind the scenes, we’re using this slower season to work on some exciting updates:
a brand-new website, refreshed menus, and getting our 2026 event calendar ready.

As we step into a new year, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how far Pierogi Queen has come. Every event, every order, every familiar and new face has meant more to us than you probably realize.

Season 6 was a great one, and it’s got us really excited for what’s ahead. We can’t wait to get Season 7 going with more weddings and corporate events on the calendar. If you’re planning something this year, let us cook for you. We’d love to serve food your guests are still talking about long after the plates are cleared.

We’ve got your holiday table covered with our Christmas Pierogi Trays and our Frozen Pierogi you can stash for those “I need comfort food immediately” moments. These trays are fresh- just heat and serve at that friendsmas or gathering !
