The Frosted Flour Design Hey!!! Thank you for taking the time to check out my page. My name is Amber, I am a hobby baker. Ive been creating custom cakes for a few years.

I truly love what I do. I make cakes for any occasion :) The Frosted Flour Policies. Deposit
* In order to reserve a custom cake for your event date, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required. Without this deposit, we cannot reserve your event date. If you are ordering with out 2 weeks notice full payment is due at time of booking. 50 % of the full payment would be non refundable if the order is can

celled for any reason. Final Payments
* All final payments are due one week prior to your event date. If payments are not received by the agreed upon and specified due date, your order may be cancelled.
* If the event is rescheduled, your deposits can be transferred to the new event date. This transfer is dependent upon availability, and expires within three months of the original event date. So exceptions may be considered
Cake Handling and care
* Cake handling and care instructions based on your cake order will be given to you before pick up or delivery.
* Once a cake has been picked up by you or a designated party it is considered "Accepted". All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my hands and makes it’s way to yours.
