As we sit here in reflection of the past 24 hours, we wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who visited us at The Market at Western Fair District today! 💚

We were honestly overwhelmed with the outpouring of support following yesterday's losses, whether you braved the heat and visited us for your crêpes, ice cream, lemonade and Freezium*, or reached out to lend your empathy, we appreciate you!

Adapt and overcome was the theme of the day, and we appreciate your support for showing up for us and reminding us why we do what we do 💚

Happy Saturday!

You will notice a slight change to our menu this weekend!

Yes we will be open, but our offerings will be a little different.

Due to the ambient heat of the space, some of our equipment has malfunctioned, and for food safety reasons we have had to toss all that we had prepared for service this weekend.

Chef Jeff is busy reworking a menu, with the limited time and equipment we have.

We appreciate your support and your understanding of this inconvenient situation we have found ourselves in.

And be sure to check out our Freeziums, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade and Ice Cream!

Beat the heat this weekend with an ice cold, old fashioned, fresh squeezed lemonade - enjoy it straight up as a Classic, or make it fruity with the addition of any one (or combination 😉) of Strawberry, Mango, Raspberry, Peach, Passion Fruit, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple, or even Lime, or Coconut.

You can also choose to make it a frozen Lemonade, or any other of the many new Freezium* (our version of a slushie) concoctions now available!

Find us on the second floor, near the café seating Saturday 8am to 3pm and Sunday 10am to 2pm.

When the sun was hitting just right, I couldn't resist using Great Veggie Bites' counter to capture a shot of our amazing fresh squeezed lemonade,(it is their recipe afterall 😉) and our delectable, warm, fresh baked cookies 🍪

Did you know that we now have 7 different flavours you can add to your lemonade?

*if you are feeling adventurous you can also choose to add Lime, Vanilla, and any of the other flavour options available on our Freezium* menu (although we can't speak to how that would taste 😉)

The Crêpe Crusader heard that Dr. Brain Freeze is working on some sinisterly awesome new frozen treats - coming soon - be sure to stay tuned! 😊
