Marinated short ribs with home-made sauce, a savory-sweet soy sauce blend with garlic, onion and sesame. Serve with KIMCHI, salad, rice and miso.

** Galbi is traditionally enjoyed by eating the tender meat together with the flavorful connective tissue surrounding the bone. This connective tissue has a naturally chewy texture, which is a hallmark of authentic beef short ribs and a cherished part of the traditional Korean BBQ experience.
